Yeah, a ban would work better.

Create a plugin like this. In this example userid #1 and userid #2 would be prevented from using Private Messages. This would include reading messages too. Change the userid as needed.



You could use the private_newpm_start hook to prevent only sending a new message.

i want to block a user reply to a single forum for vbulletin 4.
i want to see forum but only see.

Move user*(s) to that group..
