[Forum] It seems like my scheduled tasks aren't working

I have a few user promotions set up. The main one I have is to move all users in the registered users group to another group after 2 days of being a member. Well I checked today and I have users in the registered users group that have been members for a week. I checked the scheduled tasks and they are all set to run. Once I manually ran the scheduled task it worked fine.

Any ideas on why this would happen?

When i view the page source this is what I see

I haven't made any template modifications to my board.

It will only move users who have come back to the site since they reached the promotion criteria.
