How do I move the Welcome Header bar (welcome username, notifications, etc) so that is aligned with the bottom of my title image instead of the top of the page. It kind of gets lost up there and even I'm noticing that I don't even really see it (and therefore my notifications).

Is it possible to move the search bar from the header to the nav bar, and also move header ad to where the search bar is located.
