    [CMS] Custom User CMS Permissions

Is there a way for me to grant a specific user the ability to post in the CMS without placing them in a different usergroup? Can I just "check" some boxes letting them post, edit, etc. like I can for forum permissions?

No, there is not a way to do that with default vbulletin. You would need to create a usergroup for them with the appropriate permissions or write a plugin/modification to do it for you.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.
