[Forum] Subscription Coupon

I would like to offer coupons for new members who sign up, or for special promotional situations. (Ie: Holiday Promo only 2 days use coupon code: xxxxxx)

Is there ANY way possible to do this in vbulletin? I believe paypal doesn't offer coupon/discount codes, and that is the only payment option I have available for my forum.

Any help would be great as this is a large issue for me!
