I would like to know to how to get the RSS URL for Forum Category

Is there a RSS url for the entire forum? I see each category has a rss feed, but I was wondering if there was one for the entire site?

Each of the categories in this forum have an internal rss and icon. How do I enable Rss for each category like this forum?
