[Forum] CKEditor issue - doesnt load

hi

in my forum this issue occur to certain users not all of them

the ckeditor doesn't load and the quick reply and advance just blank box without any elements of editor ( color,I,B,alignment ...etc)

i see this error




so why this occur to certain users ???

i disable the plugins and the problem still


how to fix that plz

yes i had this problem also with them

even i cant edit post, when i press the button it still loading without get the edit box

I've had user complaints on my forum, and I just had it happen to me on one computer. It's Win 7 64bit and IE 9 (9.0.8112.16421)

I just found one thing that causes of this bug. If you copy/paste a comment from MS Word that includes "special" MS characters like an ellipse, it will break the editor and nothing will appear in the edit box. Removing the ellipse fixed the problem.
