    [Forum] Getting rid of the What's New link + Closing my forum.

    Hi Everyone,

    1) How do I get rid of the "What's New" link?
    2) I want to shut my board indefinitely. How do I keep the forums visible to everyone yet keep new messages from being posted? I have already closed the board to new registrations. Now I just want to close it to members from posting.

      Getting rid of the What's New link + Closing my forum.

      Not sure on the What's New tab, I installed a mod that let me disable it.

      As for closing he forums for posting, you need to go to forum manager and for each forum select the forum to disallow new threads and replies.
