I have upload image from my computer to forum, and it was resized automatically, Please see my picture as below:




Could you help me to fix it into real size of the picture?

I assume you have done this via the attachments bit yea?
If so have you tried to adjust the attachment settings in the attachment manager?

It is very small file for the picture, just 15kb only, but I think that system has a parameter in style to resize it into small size, but I do not know how to change it.

Could you help me to fix it?

I suspect that what you see is the thumbnail and not the actual image.
If you click on the image does it show up in full size?

Also check "Settings" -> "Options" -> "Message Attachment Options" -> "View Attached Images Inline" setting.
