[Forum] Member Title won't be changed?

When the user, or I in the control panel, try to change their member title it doesn't work. It just goes back. It starts at Senior Moderator (combination of Senior Member and Moderator? I don't even know where that came from) and when you change it and click Save it just stays as that.

Is Custom User Title set to Yes, user set or Yes, admin set (HTML allowed)?
