I still can't replicate this issue. What you're seeing is the secondary navbar menu from the What's New down lower but I checked both of your site's available styles and it was in the proper location. Do you have anything that shows just for you?

It's a problem to all logged in members. When I enter New Posts, each box/row is expanded in height and moved to right for about 20px. Once I log out, problems are gone (while viewing as a guest), but when I log in again - it all becomes the same.Comment

I couldn't see the problem with the user you provided. Of course you don't really have a default style available either. To clarify, a default style looks exactly like this site here without color changes of any sort.Translations provided by Google.

Using the login you provided, I looked at New Posts using both the style "Default New" and "popvision" (the only two Standard Styles available) and all looked fine. I get nothing like the image you have in the first post. (Nor do I see a style looking anything like the image in the first post.)
Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

I made a progress with the issue. I tried entering the site with various browsers and noticed it doesn't happen in Internet Explorer. Once I copy-paste content from vbulletin-ie.css to vbulletin-chrome.css, problem with new posts and rest is gone, but upper part of the forum (nav bar, notices etc.) gets messed up.Comment

The vbulletin-chrome.css template has nothing to do with the Chrome browser. Chrome is the base of the interface in development terms. You need to restore that template.
The counterpart to vbulletin-ie.css is vbulletin.css. However I am not seeing the issues you're seeing and am not using IE.Translations provided by Google.

I have tried cleaning cache and cookies and didn't help, also reverted ALL possible templates.Comment

To create a default style, just create a new standard style with no parent. You don't need tools.php and should never see the Master style in the list unless you're in debug mode.
However I am not sure why I can't see the issues pointed out in post #8 with the user provided. Is that in some special group or something? I looked in both styles available.Translations provided by Google.

One question (so I can eliminate it as a possibility): could the reason behind this be deleting the style which was called 'Default Style'? It was constantly disabled on the forum and it had no purpose at all, so I have recently deleted it.
I have also followed vB Support Lynne's tutorial in one forum thread about uploading MASTER STYLE again, but it didn't solve the issue.
I find it confusing that I don't see errors while browsing on iPhone (default style, not the mobile version) and while I browse from Internet Explorer. Mozilla and Chrome get the error. I'll now test Opera as well.
EDIT: Opera showing errors as well.Comment

You shouldn't be operating your site in Debug mode. And yes, when you create a new style with no parent it should appear under Master Style in the Style Manager. Finally, you should never edit the Master Style or the vbulletin-style.xml file.
I suggest clearing your browser caches on your local computer.Translations provided by Google.

I don't know if I have ever changed MASTER STYLE. I only deleted one style that was called 'Default Style' under the first Style Manager category. How can I check if I ever changed any templates in it?Comment

You can't... The Master Style is what we compare other styles to in order to know if there were changes.Translations provided by Google.

Do you have any other ideas of what might be cause the issue to members only?
I also tried creating another default style: http://www.popdaily.net/forum/forum.php?styleid=42 (absolutely NO edits at all. Just 'Add Style' with no parent, no changes whatsoever) and this is how it looks to members

WOW! No, it's gone now! I'm shocked! I would have never thought it could cause a problem!
Thank you so much for your help and having so much patience with me, I know it was probably tiring to keep up with this thread. Thank you again, saved me!Comment
