[Forum] Problem when modify a post

Hi,
I've a problem with a friend's orum board when he modify a post with accent (forum imported with impex from phpbb3).

When he write a post with accent there is no problem.

Example when he create a post: Questo è un post di prova.

When he modify my post the accent is converted to ascii mode.

Example when he modify my post: Questo è un post di prova.

It's only Skimlinks Plugin installed.

How can I solve this problem?
