[Forum] IE gives a No Thread Specified. When the PM pop up notification appears

When our members running IE receive a pop up for the PM notification... and click to view the PM in the current page, they get a No Thread Specified. If you followed a valid link please contact the site administrator.

Can someone give a little insight to this issue? I do not get it on Firefox or Chrome.

    Thanks.

What version of vBulletin are you running? Do you have any third party hacks, modifications, or styles installed?

4.1.10 - no Styles, iTrader, MGC Chat Box installed.

Save the next post being disable the mods and try... i've already done that.

      Any other suggestions?

What's the actual link on that page when they get that message?

It could be any thread on the site... while they are surfing and get a PM notification... the pop-up is a two-step deal... you click OK and then to view the PM in the current window you click Cancel - that is when they get the error. The message doesn't load in the current window as they have selected.

When they get the error, what is the URL displayed in the browser address bar...

widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
            Working...
