[Forum] Ad in certain posts

I would like for an ad to show up in posts of my choosing and I am not quite show what to do. This is not adsense and I confirmed I am complying with their terms. Is there a BBCode or how would I make this script to show up?

Allow html for administrators in forum and than the ad should show up.
