What message do they get when they hover their cursor over that exclamation mark?

the person send me a message with some info about what happend when he hovers over the exclamation mark.

        this is it: 500 [IOErrorEvent type = "ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"]

What can i do about it ?

        [update]
        I found this link https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/show...603-Error-2038

But when i search in php_info, there is no mod_security loaded.
So what could be the problem.

A 500 error would suggest Internal Server Error - check your server's error logs for the time of the error and see if there's anything listed there

What if i and my provider can't track back this error.
is there a nother way within vbulletin to log what a specified user does.

I even can't reproduce this error by myself. the image this speccified user wan't to upload is uploadable by myzelf.
            pretty strange problem.
