[CMS] Comments avatars size ruined after patching to 4.1.10

So, after I upgraded to 4.1.10, the display of user custom avatars has been broken. The avatars are resized incorectly and they seem somehow stretched.

Here's an example: http://www.oldrepublic.net/365-abili...-transfer.html but you can see this behaviour on all articles.

To be honest, I don't know where to look for this error..maybe you guys can give me a hand.

Try to rebuild avatars and avatar thumbnails
To be or not to be... Where the hell is the question????
My psychiatrist told me I was crazy and I said I want a second opinion. He said okay, you're ugly too

Make sure write permissions are set for avatar folders, then rebuild avatars and their thumbnails
