[CMS] How can we specify URL address of a Blog? (VB 4.22 CMS)

Hello

In vBulletin CMS (4.22) URL address of an article can be specified (i.e. default assignment of URL can be overwritten) explicitly by the user.

Apparently, this can't be done for Blog content. Is there a simple way for assigning an URL address to a Blog?
