    [Forum] Forum Permissions

I have a forum that is private and only open to a particular user group and no one else can see it. However, there is one member, who is a moderator and not a member of this group that can see this forum. No matter what I do with permissions, both forum and viewing, he can still see this private forum! Any ideas why this could be?

    Thanks

admincp -> Forums and Moderators -> Forum Permissions. Then click "edit" for your moderator group for your particular forum and edit his permission.

To be safe you can also set an access mask and expressly deny that specific user access to that forum.

Next releases of vB4 will keep access masks functional?

The only updates to vB4 at the moment are to add php 5.5 compatibility. Access Masks won't be touchd.
Access Masks won't be going into vB5 any time soon though.
