I bet it sorted itself after a new registration, most counter updates dealing with member counts don't update until there is a new registration.BrainTalk is a support group for friends, family, caregivers, and patients with neurological disorders and other health related diagnosis.

This is the method I use. It requires no sqls or scripts or additional tinkering.
If your webhost has cPanel,
go to phpmyadmin
select the database that the forum is on
scroll down to the datastore table
edit the maxloggedin field
In the example below, 100 is the value of the most viewers online.
a:2:{s:9:"maxonline";i:100;s:13:"maxonlinedate";i:1410204797;}
I set mine to 1 when I reset it. Change 100 to 1, save and that's it!
