[Forum] How to edit permissions of a moderator?

I need to limit the permission of a moderator on my forum: I want to prevent him to modify titles of users' threads.
But I can't find any option to edit his permissions. Can you help me?

Acp > options > forums and moderators > show all moderators.............edit each one according to your parameters

In order to be effective as a Moderator "super moderator" permission is needed, this will allow the editing of Titles.
