[Forum] Members cant post pics or read pm's

My forum has been going downhill for the past month. First the Virus malicious tool kit attack which i still have not fixed, now my members cant post pics or read there pm's, can someone help me out or point me to the right direction... i dont know what to do and my computer guy cant figure it out

this is the current message my members are getting when trying to add an image or read there pm's...

also noticed all the features to start a new thread is gone like the bold insert image, insert video, spell check EVERYTHING

Did you try disabling your third party addon?

Can you point me to where to disable the 3rd party add on? I usually have my computer tech take care of these matter, but he is not available, so with my almost zero knowledge of this software, im lost. I did submit a support ticket to assist me in this matter for any help.

I just want to thank the support staff for fixing a month long headache and my forum. They were able to fix my site within hours, what took me and my computer guy a month trying to figure things out. Thank you again. Awesome job.
