Hello Ulric I do apologize for the troubles you're experiencing. Because the Chrome Error Code 324 has a number of causes, could you provide us with a Chrome dump file? You can open this in a tab in Chrome: chrome://net-internals/ An explanation of the way this works is available here: chrome://net-internals/help.html With the chrome://net-internals/ open, browse around your website, and when you have reproduced the error, please return to the chrome://net-internals/ tab, and click Dump to file. Following this, please reply to this ticket with that file attached, and in your reply, include the URL/Address of the page which generated the error. Please note the following information: The network log may contain personally identifying information like IP addresses, URLs, and cookies. You can edit the log to obscure information if you like, but sometimes it is relevant to the bug. If you choose do this, please make sure you can still load the log file. If you choose not to have cookies removed from the log, you must toggle the checkbox before clicking the button. Ideally you would have the tool running before you reproduce the bug. If that isn't possible (perhaps the bug happens unpredictably), then the next best thing is to load chrome://net-internals/ as soon as you can after the problem has occurred. Hello Ulric Thank you very much for providing the Chrome log, and for your patience while we examined it. The errors seem to be relating to the way your website, pdcm.net has a bridge to Facebook, via a plugin in vBulletin. The plugin initiates a proxy connection to Facebooks servers, which seem to be mildly unresponsive during your time spent on the site. Sometimes it answers, sometimes it closes your connection. Would you be able to temporarily disable the Facebook bridge / plugin on your site and attempt further testing? In addition, if you have a firewall software on your computer, such as Norton or McAffee, or another, could you temporarily disable it while testing? Sometimes they can block what they believe is a "malicious" connection, and terminate your connectivity to the site. If you are able to disable the Facebook bridge, and are still receiving errors, could you attach another dump file? We greatly appreciate your patience & cooperation! Thanks, Michael Thomas Support Specialist, Site5.com |

Hello Ulric The error is likely due to a breakdown in communication between Facebooks authentication process, and the plugin. I would recommend contacting Facebook developer support at https://developers.facebook.com/ or vBulletin support, as there are a few workarounds to this. In the past, Facebook has been able to assist customers with this, as vBulletin's Facebook plugin are fairly new, and on some configurations, it required some modifications. I hope this has been of help, if you have any further questions, please let us know. Thanks, Michael Thomas Support Specialist, Site5.com |
