[Forum] Image posting via Quick Reply is not viewable by standard users

I'm having a problem on AdultBoating.com where images that are posted via a quick reply are not viewable by standard users, but I can view them as Admin. If the images are posted via the "Go Advanced" button, everyone can see them.

What have I configured incorrectly?

Maybe some additional information will help to gain some input on this.

When standard members of my forum post images using the Quick Reply button, the images are represented by a text link to the images, such as, "Attachment 3428Attachment 3429". As Administrator, I am able to click the links and view the pics, but standard members get an error when they click the links. However, if a user posts the images using the Go Advanced button, the images are represented by the thumbnailed view with links to the larger pics.

Does anyone have any insight into what I've configured incorrectly for this to be happening?

Are they using the image button or copy and pasting the images into the QR box? What version of vB are you running?

I'm on VBulletin 4.1.7.

The users are using the image button. I can confirm the issue because the problem also occurs when I (Admin) post images using the QR box and I always use the image button to browse to my local drive and upload the image. Only images posted using the Go Advanced button are viewable by standard users.
