[Forum] cache_time refers to minutes or seconds?

I'm having a database log issue with forum blocks and the cache time. The phrase cache_time indicates: Cache Time (in minutes), while digging into the code revealed it should sound rather: Cache Time (in seconds).

Please see: /vb/cache.php:isExpired

/admincp/block.php:'updateblock' does not use /vb/cache.php:write, which would transform the TTL to minutes, but /includes/class_block.php:updateBlock, which stores the TTL in seconds.

Should I fill a bug ticket for this issue?
