[Forum] Like Button on Posts

This is probably a very simple thing but I've been looking for a couple of hours. I know how to set up a Like button on the blogs, cms and threads but is there any way to do it on posts in the forum? I've seen it done on other boards but I'm stumped.

There is no current option for liking posts.

I should have asked before spending all that time looking huh?
I'm hesitant to try any plugins or changes ... I'm very new to all of this and I'm scared that I'll totally screw things up.
