Hello! On our Forum we have a weird issue. What happens is that when pasting a large section text, and attempting to post it, it will get cut off. We can make a subsequent post, and most of the time it will catch all of it (oftentimes editing the post will work). It isn't that it doesn't show the whole block being pasted, it is when we actually hit the post button that text will get cut off.
Here is an example of some text:
I cut this off early for ease of Readability. Here is an example of what got posted when trying this:

We have been banging our head against the wall with this issue! We have tried updating the Vbulletin Version and making a new forum and importing the data.
We are running with:
MySQL Version 5.0.91
PHP Version 5.3.27-pl0-gentoo
VBulletin 4.2
Any help or Troubleshooting steps would be much appreciated!

In addition the new policy dictates new rules regarding sales on EBAY, Amazon, and other website sales tools. How can the MADS srl MRP pricing policy be violated? If you sell a MADS srl / Smarty product below the MRP pricing policies - the price a consumer actually pays for the product – you will violate the Policy. The consequence for failing to follow the MRP policy is that you will no longer be able to purchase MADS srl / Smarty products. In addition, violators will be listed publicly on our website and our forum AND on nationwide Diesel forums, and elsewhere that they are NOT an authorized Smarty dealer and products purchased thru ANY company owned by a violator are NOT covered under the factory warranty, AND the purchaser of said products through a violator, will NOT receive support or service. Proof of purchase is required for warranty purposes or service. This will be well publicized. Also when a product is out of the hands of an authorized dealer or distributor and resold it must be described as “USED”. And stated, “No warranty on used products!” All sellers of MADS Srl products MUST have a working contact phone number or email displayed and have a communication relationship with MADS Srl/SmartyResource. Failure to provide a working line of communication with SmartyResource will ensure ones authorized status to be changed to that of “UN-authorized seller. Also a correct physical AND mailing address must be provided to MADS srl/SmartyResource. Response to communications from MADS srl / SmartyResource is expected in a prompt and reasonable fashion. No product will be sold to a reseller who has lost their favorable status. This means that if one is an authorized seller or distributor and sells to a reseller who has lost their “authorized” status one will jeopardize their own authorized status. In addition the new rules state a “3 strikes and you’re out” policy. Continuing to keep sales tactics “fair across the board” is a hugh priority of MADS srl/SmartyResource. This notice is directed to the violators of MADS’ policy that they are responsible for all charges incurred due to the actions of violating MADS policy. This includes reimbursement of products sold to customers. Violators must refund the cost of MADS srl / Smarty products illegitimately sold as new by selling against policy. Violators must refund all expenses incurred by MADS srl / SmartyResource, that are incurred for the purpose of policy compliance. This includes, but is not limited to; Time, Travel, Purchasing expenses, Attorney fees, Any and ALL fees incurred by MADS srl / SmartyResource and it’s agents, and or distributors, for the primary purpose of policy compliance. Changes to a sellers status will be publicly advertised thru many public outlets, on line and elsewhere, in a loquacious and stentorian manner. It is the duty of all sellers who loose their authorized status to inform customers who have purchased product at less than MAP pricing that said product is not being sold as new and has NO warranty or service associated with the product.
