[Forum] Adding HOT to Thread Details

I want to add a Image like this one... http://puu.sh/8mc3F.png
and then place it in the thread details. That is where the Status icon is and then the title of the thread etc is. I want it to pop up next to the Tag icon for the thread so that when ever the thread is considered a HOT thread that this icon will pop up. How can I do this? Thanks.
