[Forum] Paid subscriptions set to active but not showing active.

I created a new subscription, filled out all of the fields, set up the payment system, but in the list of paid subscriptions it says it's not active. I double checked and it's set to active in the edit mode. I looked in the database and the field is set to 1. When I go to payments.php it also says there's no active subscriptions available. Ideas?? This is with 4.1.3
