      I tried this recommendation and it didn't help

      Issue started few days ago. Impacting all member. All skins.

      > vBulletin 4.2.3 Patch Level 2
      > PHP Version 5.6.30
      > www.njagc.net

        Hi there, you should update your vbulletin to 4.2.5 and try the fix with php 7.0. That's what I'm using atm

          Issues like this don't just 'start'.

          Either you changed something in vBulletin yourself, or else something was changed on your server.

            IIRC VB 4.2.3 maxed out at PHP 5.4.x. You needed VB 4.2.4 or higher for PHP 5.5.x and 5.6.x. VB 4.2.5 would also work and also work with PHP 7.0.x and 7.1.x so is the better option.

              I run 4.2.3 on php 5.6, I believe it is intentionally compatible.
              I think 4.2.4 was for php 7.0 and 4.2.5 was for php 7.1, from memory.
              4.2.2 is the one that only works up to php 5.4.
