I am sure after too many hours I am just too blind to see..... but please give me a hint.
We run vB 4.1.6. While I somehow managed in our old 3.x version that "Junior Members" can't post links or post all in certain forums and can't send PM's, I am looking for the setting that registered members (User title: Junior members with less than 30 posts can't write visitor messages on other members profile.
reason: since a couple of weeks I get complaints that members get visitor-messages from new registered Junior Members which are spam, like: "I have what you look for, please call me-09XXXXXXXX"
It seems I can't find any settings for that.
so the simple question: I don't want that junior members are permitted to post visitor messages. How to do that ?
