I think it is the same isse I had yesterday. The main content block is not showing when editing the cms layout. This issue occurs in FF8.0.
Try editing your layout in IE9 or other browsers, and make sure you have your main content block.while(true){
if($someone->needsHelp() && $i->canHelp()) $post->help();
if($i->findBug()) $post->bug();
