Upgrade from 3.8 to 4.1.8 - moderators cant see soft deleted threads or posts

    [Forum] Upgrade from 3.8 to 4.1.8 - moderators cant see soft deleted threads or posts

    As above, my moderators are complaining they cant see soft deleted posts etc

    Nothing has changed in their group or account settings?

    Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

      Not sure. Open a support ticket with admin un/pass. Someone will take a look at ti.

          Did you check their usergroup permissions? Usergroup Manager > usergroup > Can See Deletion Notices

              thanks, sorted it now.
              It is actually the forum skin I bought that is showing a lot of style vars in white text on a white background...
              So the view thread options were therem but almost invisible!
