[Forum] Why can't thread prefix be added to URL??

So the thread prefix is a great addition and on my forums, as it is about cars, it would be perfect to have a list of car models in the prefix, and then the member just adds remaining title...

Great for SEO..

but the prefix is not added to the thread URL?!!!!

why on earth is this and is it possible for me to change it please?!!
