Can´t export email adresses! Please advice

Hello,
I´m trying to generate email list from the admin panel. I have choose all users, and click on ok or send, but it says "No users matched your query." or something.
Please give me an advice how I can get this to work?

You are going to Users > Generate Mailing List and then the only change you are making to the page is to click All Usergroups? The list should be printed out on the next page. How many users are you talking about here? You may need to do it in smaller batches.

thank you, you were right, I was choosing too many!
