You need to create a file called donations.html or php on yor server depending on what kind of webpage you are using, then add your content. If you have vbulletin in the root you would probably need a folder /donations and put a index.html or php file inside it so you have yoursite.com/donations/index.html

make donations folder like the screenshot.
Put index.php file in the donations folder.
Then make a navbar link (http://yoursite.com/donations/) pointing to the donations folder.

Path to your global.php is wrong in your index.php file in donations folder
Edit it to the correct path e.g. ../global.php
And all folders and files names should be lowercase.Comment
