Cannot upload images in topics

I’m having a problem with uploading images in topics see screenshot:

Clicking on the upload button is doing nothing.
It’s not working in chrome, IE, firefox
I'm using VB 4.2.2

how can I fix this?

Have you tried to use a new default style?
