I have sent a number of tickets and have even tried paying for phone support

Your site keeps crashing at the payment stage

I have raised a ticket with my telephone number as I would love to have my site reinstalled or secured by you, so that you can see that all efforts have been made to secure the latest version against a hack

Please contact me as soon as possible as my forum advertisers are losing patience, and this is costing me revenue and goodwill
