If you already put the SKIP_ALL_ERRORS line in config.php you may have an older version of 4.2.2 - you should download a new fresh copy of 4.2.2 (delete the ./install/ folder) and upload the fresh 4.2.2 files over the old ones.

You won't need to run an upgrade or install script, just overwrite the files.
