[Forum] How do I get to the settings button on my copy of VBulletin?

In other words, there are two Welcome screens for VBulletin. One is the VBulletin forum itself, but that's not the screen I want.

How do I get to the one that does not require me to enter my membership number? It only would ask for my screen name and password. It's silver-colored.
