[Forum] My vbulletin doesn't show: Blog and CMS

Hello, the last thing i did was change the title image, and change the nav_margin to 0, the plugins are ON but they don't work, CMS (HOME) AND BLOG are ON and they don't appear in the menu, do you know why?
