[Forum] How do I permit anyone who wants to post on my website?

My website has a forum. My website is http://www.nkscouting.com
I once turned off something that made it impossible for people to post on my forum.
    I want to change that.
Any help would be appreciated. I am not experienced in VBulletin, so please make your
responses easy for me to figure out!

Do you want people to be able to post without having to register an account?

Not a good idea, spammers will think Christmas has come early.

I get huge amount of spam anyway. Today's spammers have something called anti-CAPCHA, so even that doesn't stop them.

If you go to admin cp - user groups - user group manager - unregistered/not logged in and set the appropriate permission.

Are you talking about the admin cp on VBulletin or my Word Press website itself? Either way, I don't know how to find the admin cp. Where is my admin cp?

It is your vb admin cp, how can you do anything with your forum if you don't know that? Its at the bottom of the home page when logged in as admin.
