[CMS] Clear CMS cache from admincp

With the previous version (4.1.7), in admincp I sometimes used to delete CMS cache to check that my edits were working.
Since the upgrade (4.1.8) this option is no longer available. Same in two different vBulletin of mine.
Is there any reason for this or is there something wrong is my settings?

I noticed in the 4.1.8 beta I tested that there were extra options in, as I recall, the Maintainance section for clearing the cache.

Worth a look in there.

It is no longer in CMS section, it is in Maintenance section now.
