    [CMS] Bad styling on CMS

For some reason my CMS looks really ugly.

The top line touches the side widgets (see attached image).

Name:	ugly-cms.png
Views:	1
Size:	13.2 KB
ID:	3722162

This is with totally unedited 4.0 Default style, both templates and stylevars.

I'm running the most updated official version.

Create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. See whether the problem is still there?

It looks like you've removed the padding. It's hard to tell without a link to the site.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

No luck. I even tried it on browsers I never use.
Articles themselves are fine, it's only the sections pages that list articles that look like that.

Can we get a link to the section page with the vB4 default style selectable.

The default grid has no padding unless you import the default content. I have no idea why. Build a new grid with the same parameters and is should have the proper padding.

I imported ./install/vbulletin-grid.xml with "Allow overwriting of existing grids with same name?" set to Yes. New grids appear, but "3 Column Fixed-Liquid-Fixed" is unchanged. Can you get me what I need to paste to the two forms?. It's crazy I have to go through this ordeal just to get a standard grid show correctly. I do not want any customization, just the default grid, which should have been updated by the installer.

Don't want you to paste anything. Go to the Grid Manager and click "Add New Grid" with the dimensions you want. It should have the proper padding. Assign that new grid to your layout.
