Forums hacked, and I can't get styles to show up?

So, our site got hacked, and once I got that miserable mess cleaned up, I reverted the styles - our customizations are all there, but not showing up? I know this is dumb, and something so simple is being missed, but I could use the help... maybe I'm not selecting the style somewhere? Brain is french fried at this point. TIA.
