Other than copying and pasting each individual blog, is there an easy way to capture our blogs for use on another site? In other words, where do the blogs "live" in the file hierarchy?

The blogs are stored in the database in the table blog_text. You would need some sort of custom code to retrieve the details of the blog.
The other option is to Enable RSS Syndication which is in Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> External Data Provider...
On your blogs page you will see a little RSS icon that if you mouse over says "View RSS Feed"
This will give you a URL like: http://www.yoursite.com/forums/blog_external.php?type=RSS2
Which is an RSS feed of your recent blogs. If your other site can be setup to regularly check the feed it can import the blogs into that site.

RSS Feeds are now working with the forums/channels/nodes, but I cannot get them to work for my blog. Is this not yet implemented? -

My RSS feed for the blog main page has no content. It works for the individual blogs and the forums just not the main blog page.

Does the rss feed for blogs not work?
I can get the forms to work just fine, but nothing shows up when I run the rss for the blogs.
