[Forum] Posts entering moderation queue for no apparent reason

I keep getting users emailing me telling me they can't post - that their posts are placed in the moderation queue.

Thing is, I can't work out why. I've scoured the permissions. They appear identical to other users who can post just fine - usergroup settings, forum settings, etc. I can't understand why ne user can post and another almost identical one can't.

I'm clearly missing something, but the number of them has risen drastically in the last week or two.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
