How come my forums and vBulletin.com forums have this editor:




and some other sites I see that run on vBulletin v3.6.4 have this:




Is the latter an old editor for vBulletin or is that a mod or is there a setting to change to get it?

The new editor called CKeditor was introduced in vB4.1.2.
