[Forum] vBulletin v4.1 Pull down menu creation

Hello,

Does anyone know how to create a pull down menu under the "forums" button next to home? This pull down menu would be where the "child" forums off the parent live.

So when you hover over Forums, a pull down appears of other child forums you can view which once clicked re-propagate the screen with a new set of sub forums.

The place to look for something like this would be the modification forums over on vbulletin.org, the modification site.
