vbulletin4_logo.png Default HTML Link, and where and how to change?

I got hacked the 23rd some idiot ( stitch )changed my redirect, put his own little stamp, and screwed up a few things. After getting yahoo to rollback 4 days, and upgrading to 4.2.2 and removing all the fake php files, only thing left, is the banner picture, which I left named vbulletin4_logo.png when you click all it says is http://www.aircraftmechanic.org/.php the index part is gone, and I cannot figure out how to fix it. This is also the link from the admincp when you click on top right to go to forum.

Any help appreciated. Does any law enforcement care that these people are having fun at peoples expense and inconvenience ? Or is it simply too hard of a crime to track and prosecute?
    Really irritating.

    Thank you

    Steve

My guess would be that the hacker has modified your header template.

Bumping your posts actually delays getting answers. We typically look for threads with no replies first as those are the ones who need the most help.

You need to look at your header template as specified above. That is where the code is location.
