One of my admin forgot her password. She did the password reset thing, but the password that was sent to her didn't work. So I went into her profile via admincp and changed her password manually and saved. Gave her the password and it didn't work. She's cleared her cookies and tried on a different browser, nothing works. Any ideas how I can get her back into her account? She keeps getting banned from logging in for 15 minutes because she's entering the wrong password, except it's the right password.

Had a similar issue recently...
Check if by any chance you have more than one accounts with the same username.
In my case it was due to the database being converted to Unicode.
